What happens when you lose it all?

I’m ruined. It’s over. I can never come back from this…

Standing in what use to be a palace of a chiropractic office, now with a foot of standing water, windows blown in, and half the roof caving down, my heart sank for my friend.

He looked at me & said, I don’t have insurance for my office & all my clients have left the island. How am I going to feed my family?

That was one of the scenarios presented to me by a friend immediately after Hurricane Maria on the island of Puerto Rico just over a year ago.

This situation is not unique to my friend either, and doesn’t just happen from a natural disaster.

I talk with business owners daily that have all their “eggs in one basket”.

Meaning, if something were to happen to their primary source of income they would be done for.

Trust me I understand it, and I’ve been there too. I’ve almost gone under multiple times because I had a “golden goose”, and was riding it to the market, until one day that Golden Goose decided it didn’t want to produce anymore.

At this point you have a few options. Give up, close it down & start over on something new (and go a few years of hard times). Or Rebuild & hope you can make it work, OR diversify.

Now, the good news is if you are reading this, you are most likely not in this dire scenario at this moment. Which means it may not even be on your radar, but more importantly means you should have a “come to jesus moment” and look in the mirror.

Not tomorrow, not later, RIGHT NOW!!!

What would happen if your main source of revenue shut off today, and you couldn’t turn it back on? Yeah, you’d be crapping the ole pants like the rest of us.

Let this message be a bit of a wake up call to you, BEFORE it happens (because it happens to every entrepreneur at some point). If you have not added at least one Online Source Of income DO IT NOW!!!

If you are an online business & you ONLY have ONE MAIN SOURCE of revenue that pays the bills, you need to ADD ANOTHER NOW!!!

This will scare many of you. It will sound like hard work to some of you. It will sound like an opportunity to a few of you!

The good news is there is a way to do this relatively simply, & quickly even if you don’t have any idea how to do it.

Now we couldn’t get my friends clinic back up and running right away after Hurricane Maria. But what we did, was set up a series of One-Day Summits target an audience, solve a problem & connect with an audience.

Within 3 months my friend was creating a stream of new income that allowed him to take care of his family & fix his clinic.
